Do you think we should instigate a booking system for Open House visits?
Advantages:
Can limit numbers so to give more individual attention
Only get those people who are interested enough to book and plan ahead
SuperHomers may be likely to open more often if each Opening was less 'traumatic'.
Disadvantages:
If people have to plan in advance they may not bother coming
Advertising will need to be very specific and done further in advance
Makes more work for support staff to monitor bookings etc
